Hey Everyone, I am VERY excited about this episode; which is the start of a 6 episode series. But FIRST: I want to apologize for a few little audio issues in the show, we are recording remotely, due to Covid-19, and the internet was not holding up its end of things today... it's not much, and it's only a few little spots, but I do apologize for the issues.

“When dealing with people, remember you are not dealing with creatures of logic, but with creatures of emotion.” -Dale Carnegie
“Some people think only intellect counts: knowing how to solve problems, knowing how to get by, knowing how to identify an advantage and seize it. But the functions of intellect are insufficient without courage, love, friendship, compassion, and empathy.” -Dean Koontz
A leader is a dealer in hope. -Napoleon Bonaparte
Emotional intelligence trumps IQ all the time... you can learn skills and learn how to use tools... but it’s vastly more difficult to learn how to not be a jerk. In decades past it was the alpha male, they type a personality, the ultra-aggressive people that were successful... that’s just how it was, but in today’s society, having empathy, caring about others and their well being is what wins.
